The fine print, in plain words
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime in Settings → Plan and billing, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
A plan's minutes are added each month and don't roll over. Minutes from a pack or top-up, and the free ones you get in your first days, never expire; your monthly minutes are always used first.
Companion is an AI, not a person. It is not therapy, and not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.
